1. Shipping Destinations
NueroSmile currently ships orders to the following countries only:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
Orders placed from other locations will not be processed and will be automatically refunded.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via reputable international couriers

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local authorities.
These fees are included in your order total.
Seond Ltd. is not liable for customs delays, we will actively work to move your order through customs whilst offering prompt communication with the customer on updates.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees may be subject to reshipment costs.
Refunds, where applicable, will exclude all shipping charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Seond Ltd. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit after being handed to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant details.
We will assist you with the courier’s claim and resolution process.
8. Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders are fulfilled automatically based on your recurring billing schedule.
The same 5–12 business day delivery timeframe applies to each subscription cycle.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid additional shipments.
9. Returns & Refunds
For details regarding returns and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
