1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, under the Cyprus Consumer Protection Act, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Seond Ltd. operates and sells to customers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. Products and Intended Use

Our products are dietary supplements formulated for general wellness support. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All statements on this website are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

4. Health Disclaimer and Liability

By purchasing or using NeuroSmile products, you agree that:

  • Seond Ltd. assumes no liability for misuse, abuse, or mismanagement of dosage.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, side effects, or drug interactions.

  • You are solely responsible for determining product suitability.
  • Seond Ltd. shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or dosage errors.

5. Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

  • Once-Off Purchases: Processed immediately upon successful payment.
  • Subscriptions:
    • You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
    • Orders placed within that 7-day period will still be processed and charged.
    • Orders placed after cancellation notice may be refunded as per Section 6.
  • All prices are in USD, unless otherwise specified.
  • Seond Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion.

6. Returns and Refunds

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies to all once-off purchases within 90 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Returns must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Refundable: Opened or tampered products are not eligible for refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from any refund.
  • International Returns: Must be shipped to our South Africa fulfillment center (details provided upon request).

Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected. Products that fail inspection may not qualify for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All website materials, including text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, and packaging, are the exclusive intellectual property of Seond Ltd.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation in Cyprus.
If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under Cypriot law.
Both parties waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share, sell, or distribute personal data to third parties.
Customers who consent to marketing communications may receive updates, promotions, and product information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

13. Right of Admission, Account Suspension, and Refusal of Service

Seond Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if customer activity is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms.
We maintain the right of admission and may decline to do business with any person or entity at our discretion.

14. Modification of Terms

Seond Ltd. may amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice.
